Fuel crisis in Gaza, Senate Republicans block aid, shooting at university, charges in Nevada election dispute, and GOP presidential debates

Israel has approved a “minimal” increase in the amount of fuel into Gaza while the UN chief makes a rare move over the humanitarian crisis.
