Is There Any Way to Differ Between Correlation vs Causation?
i would love your opinion on correlation versus causation, and if something that's happening is necessarily like, if you change that, can it affect the journey? For example, one of our customers were measuring usurp behavior, and they found that people were very likely to convert if they visited the setting spage. So in their user in boarding emals, they were trying to drive people to the settings spage, which is not necessarily the best thing to do. It might be a different logical story. And so i guess the point i'm trying to make is that the the analysis of correlation versus causation has to be done with context. That's the only way really to do it.
