Are You Growing?

i definitely have grown a lot as a leader. There's points in time where i've been like, am i being challenged enough? Do i need to and you know, this is part of the reason why i finding a different role too. I interviewed with many internal rolls at netflicks, but i interviewed externally too. And some of those ere bigger, like bigger titles. But i didn't feel like it was enough, like it wasn't necessarily having the impact. Just ecause there's a title doesn't necessarily mean that you're, you know, cotan growing.
