Kim: I've worked in digital media for a long time, so I decided to take a course in user experience. It was towards a certification, and one of the classes was introduction to Python. He says he didn't understand a single thing that was said to him; couldn't get anything to work. Kim: While I'm good at my job, I always come back to that Python class. How do I move forward from that shortcoming? How should I handle that type of failure?
