Selnix, a Spanish tower operator, wants to get the S&P rating up and double B plus to triple B minus. The credit spreads for them still trade wide of their investment grade peers. But they're on track to a free cash flow break even in 2024. And I think that's probably the trigger for S&P to raise them to triple Bminus.
