In a democracy, oure rights or duties more important when we think about citizenship. Both have obligations and rights. And it's in this transactiona relationship with one another. So i really want to think about, while do they see duties for themselves, and how are those affected by hard times? We're a lot of tims in the united states. A lot of the focus on citizenship is actually on rights,. But when you're talking about citizenship within a lot of the questions that you're asking, a lot ofthe focus is actually on duties.
