The court did not narrowly tailor its decision in a way that had any of us walking out of there saying this has no implications for anybody except Bitcoin debts. The MIT license is the most popularly used open source license that exists. And when Bitcoin was first developed, it was released under the MIT license. That's what we're fighting for.
