In the year 2000, then President Bill Clinton and mostly Republicans in the Senate and House gave that legislation thumbs up to let China into the WTO. It has been 23 years since then. How's the deal gone? Is China a democracy? Do they play by the rules? Is the threat of war gone, especially over Taiwan? And how about the shipping of jobs and factories to China? How did that go?
