Self awareness is huge for me. It's something that we know that people with ADHD often struggle with. So now I can look back on my mood for a month or a week or even a year and I can see sort of the ups and downs. And if you're not feeling great, then something needs to change. But I'm definitely not perfect at this. There are days where it's a bit harder than others.
