K lahoosen recorded the interview as research for her book, the gay crusaders. Craig told her that when he made it to new york, he headed straight for the man office. Despite his ballet school friend's reluctance to take part, craig formally joined the manishing society after his 20 first birthday in october 19 one. He set about trying to modernize matishing from the inside.
