The Importance of Clarity in Leadership

If you're not clear on the first two or three, like, why do we exist, how do we behave and what business are we in? The chances of being clear on what needs to be done this month is pretty low. If people actively on your leadership team can't at the drop of a hat say, hey, here's why we exist,. that's problematic. We want to find those cracks because if we don't, they get bigger and bigger and bigger.
