Kant and the Idea of Property
The idea of property and German idealism is apparently much more important to this area of philosophy or this historical period than many people appreciate. I'm going to give a little summary as one can imagine that it's a little dense, but Jacob does a great job of making it as clear, as humanly possible. So he argues that Kant thinks that property rights can only be provisional outside of a civil condition of public right Property is a rightful relationship between wills and not a relationship between persons and things in themselves.
