What's the Point of Devops?

Jeska: Did you ever thenk a transition from this world where people care very little about how their softer runs in production, to a world where ede care a lot about that? Allan: I don't think i've personally seen that. But if you're at a big enterprise, good luck getting people to care. One of my personal missions is... can we at least give them the opportunity to care by giving them some sort of information? If they care, they'd better either stop caring or quit or be miserable. And changing what's available in the system nt magically change the culture, but it gives the culture the opportunity to change.
