Manet Duga - A Great Exhibition

Unlike previous shows, there won't be much filler by other artists. They're focusing on just Vermeer works and most largely chronologically. If you've never seen Vermeers in real life, you're always surprised by how small they are. Manet Duga is at the Muse d'Orsay in Paris in March and then moves to the Met in New York. It involves a blockbuster name who is Velasquez, but actually it's about Juan de Perecha,. He was an enslaved man who was in Velasquez's studio for a couple of decades.
