The state had taken total control over the countryside. So you actually had this unusual situation where peasants were fleeing to cities to beg for food. By the summer of 1933, we're at about three, three million inhabitants of Soviet Ukraine, dead. About 120,000 people are forced out of the Ukrainian party.
