If you could basically skip that period that a lot of people experience where their training time isn't wasted, but it's not used super productively. It would be co if we could get solike really large power lifting programms to kind of get on board with some meticulous record keeping. I again, i'm not totally sure what that would look like, but i think if something like that were to present itself, that would be a pretty big step forward.
