The Power of Daily Excavating the Self
In therapy Grace learned about morning pages from the artist way and that inspired her to use art in other ways. She also started a daily drawing project where she was really trying to get herself out of her head in onto the page so she could look at it and capture it. The longer she did that podcast the more I started to change because I was getting a perspective on where I was a year ago or the year before, says Grace.
