There are courts that do not consider domain names to be property for the purpose of application of the UCC. That's what happened with, I think it was, express.com or name similar to that in a court in Washington. Not all property has every aspect of every other property. In Hinduism, gods can have, you know, different aspects and various ones of the mayor may not manifest themselves at any particular time.
