How to Do Your Best Work

Whitney: When we produce stuff, we're not helping people become better at their job. I'm realizing more and more that if I can actually get people thinking for themselves, then I'll make a bigger difference on what's being produced. You can't keep the knowledge to yourself. No, no, it's not effective to do so. The world is becoming digital. What is our responsibility for making the world a better place? And that sounds all high, myity. But spreading understanding, spreading knowledge, which what we try and do with the podcast and even in our work is fundamental to that.
