Sweating, even only small amounts, and exhaling cause you to lose electrolytes. (25:00) You should take them, especially if you are active. Multi-vitamins: Do you really need them? Yes, it’s difficult to get a good range of vitamins from food only—it’s a daily insurance plan. Vinnie shares why he has a separate B12 in addition to B vitamins in the multivitamin.
