Sleeping with the lights on, period, sleeping with your blinds open. Give ourselves a little bit of a screen curfew, if at all possible. Start with 30 minutes of being off of your electronic devices before bed. You don't have to stare into your phone to listen to a podcass or an audio book. Or you could hang out with a friend or a family member.
