If you are someone that consumes a lot of red and processed meat I think that would be a really good place to start. You'll get definitely likely see some reductions in blood lipids with that because it will be less saturated fat. If you're consuming like higher refined grains you can swap that for maybe some whole grains like steel cut oats. Even swapping to steel cut oats could be something good for cardi metabolic health.
