Food Waste Heroes - The B2B Proposition

The main source of revenues is through the Food Waste Heroes program. At the moment, businesses are paying waste contractors to take their own sold food off to landfill or livestock feed. The UK government announced a consultation which is looking to regulate and mandate that medium and large businesses have to not only measure but also publicly report their food waste data.
