The Importance of Computer Advances in Cosmology

The loss of species massively outweighs the rate at which we're discovering new ones. There's good evidence to suggest that there are so many things lost before we even get the chance to discover them. Are computer advances changing the way we do cosmology? Absolutely, and in my field at ecology, we're trying to tease out those interactions between species and ecosystems. So the power of computing is very, very important.
