I Think It's Important to Do a Physical Examination on the Point of Admission
i'veno st that patients actually like being examined, because touch, we know, is a healer in itself. It's best for the patient as well to do that physical examination on the point of admission, rather than two or three days down the line. And also to re examine. I think it's really important, say, a patient may be in hospital for one to two weeks, on that ward round, the history’s not retaken and examinations not redone. New things develop, and things are missed. Be like, i collect my own errors as well. Don't time for me to describe any of them.
