Commercial Real Estate, Pete?
Commercial real estate is a different game than buying residential property. I have been to pete's commercial piece of real estate and what i recall, i recall pete sweeping the floors himself. And i recall a gigantic keg of beer. If you offer your customers free beer, that insures customer loyalty. We're always fairly heavy. Is that the key to commercial real estate?
