Saint Hnepros - The First Bill of Rights in Our Country
The first Bill of Rights in our country was actually written by Saint Hnepro Sarah. He traveled from California to Mexico City to have the governor of California deposed because he was not treating the natives fairly. The Catholics did, they treated the Indians with respect much more than the Protestants did.
