How Free Is the Person in Power to Make a Decision?
i sat in the oval office two or three times when the president was faced, in that momentmad to make a decision about something out around the world. This can be a life or death decision. And i just don't think that we and the public understand how much character is needed on the part of the person whois in power to make right decisions.
