The Most Challengesome Things I Learned in Banking

I think there's a lot more on the interpersonal side you also obviously learned how to work hard and keep organized and priorities in your professional life and your personal life. I think thinking gives you a safe place where it is not the analyst job to actually have an opinion which means that there is no expectations. You can kind of just stretch that muscle and grow it at your own pace and take on more of that role over your two to three years as an analyst program. The most challenging times are probably just learning how to prioritize when there's a lots going on.
