Education Is a System of Compliance and Obedience, and We Are Teaching the Wrong Thing

When you're born, you can't look after yourself. But by the time you're 18, you should be able to look after yourself and so schools should be giving ever more responsibility. And they actually tend to take it away. It's not the fault of teachers. Theyare trapped in the system that is forcing them to do this. I think i saw it when people were cewing to go and kill germans - 80% of the population said 'not in my name' The justice system has got better but there's still a lot of corruption. There's still an authoritarianism in our system. Ye, thankfully, our justice system needs to get a lot better still.
