Principles for Building and Managing a Team

I've experimented over the years with having like written down principles and sticking to them. More recently, I've deviated from that being like the approach that I've taken to having them be more so things that I can like recollect in my head. There is something really valuable to writing them not clearly because you can kind of build on that body of work over time and reference it. And then it's also a, it's knowledge that can be shared with other people. So I find it transfers more nicely to group environments,. Of like working within the team or something like that.
