Do You Have a Change Oriented Culture?

The emigration process goes smoother if the target has a change oriented culture, says Otit. "Just because an organization has been through a lot of change doesn't mean that they've been through that change well," he adds. There's a ton of different tools out there to valuate culture and identify areas of potential friction or negration processes for companies in need of talent acquisition. But at their heart, there're a lot of fundamentals: How do they communicate? Who gets to make decisions? Is it a directive culture or collaborative culture? So a lot of different things that i've seen work. Well, that concludes my toti take aways from the series of podcast interviews.
