How to Hire the Right People for Your Company
How do you get people up to speed so quickly when they walk in the door? Well, Jo, our production manager is amazing. And she's just got a really good bunch of full-time staff who are fantastic at teaching. We tend to hire mainly females and they are more suited to what we need than males. So we're definitely quite a sexist company, but in the opposite way. But it really is very we've tried to make it so incredibly easy that you don't even need all this technology or it's just quite old fashioned.
