What's the Difference Between Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery?

We tried the Tim Tam challenge with a penguin, and we're here to tell you that it didn't quite work for us. No penguins were injured in this. We did not try to suck chocolate and coffee through a penguin. But if it does work for you, or if you try with a similar biscuit, please let us know if you have been successful. This week we're talking about cosmetic surgery, and what's the difference? Or is there a difference between cosmetic or plastic surgery? Do you know what? If you're an expert, there probably is. But if you're not an expert, I would say no, not really.
