Is There a Mythological Myth?

i've been struggling with an idea recently that i was thinking maybe you'd be able to help me out with. In a recent interview, you talked about how myth is meant to reconcile inherent contradictions in reality. So on one hand, you may identify something as a problem, and you want to get rid of it or burn it off. But then on the other hand, it seems like the the path to being stronger is to figure out how to put everything together....
