The Importance of Providing Opportunities for Boys to Do What They Want
The boys were so ploey and they're on their phones all the time that we found that that was actually quite a the boys want that. They also want to see within the social media age they sort of want to see a lot of themselves in that space and how they're looking. So we would start to film things a lot more and send it to them and and like and things like that as well with the team builder by the end now we didn't they could do it on their phone or on iPads that we had in the gym but they weren't allowed to leave until it was done.
