Getting Value Out of Net Working Sessions
We selected across a wide range skill sets and inexperiences. So we had some rather junior folks on under teams and rather senior folks, some that were really starting out. And i think it was that mix of people, of skille sets, o of grounds that first of all, has made that group a success in because everybody could learn something from anybody. The parts that that we found helpful were, obviously one side, the technology aspects off what is available to you internally.
