I don't use them much because it just seems so false to be like, right, we're going to learn the present ends. It's a really complex system in your head. So you need loads of compelling imputs. And for me, lola, you just don't get those compelling, interesting imports when we go structure by structure, chapter by chapter in a book. I used to until three, four years ago, and gradually just i was using them less and less and less and now i just have one or two copies,. Now i might photo copy your reading now or again, but it's rare.
