Are We Having to Deal With Siber Espionage?
The director of germany's domestic intelligence agency recently released ment saying a we're increasingly having to deal with aggressive siber espionage. The administration is weighing its deterrence options and working out what's the best way to move forward. There's no guarantee that a retaliatory action in ciber space would actually work, so there's some concern on the administration's part that looking impotent could be worse than inaction.
