The curse of the superstar may be a person who resists standardization and delegation, says John MacIntosh. "Extreme diversity of tasks is a signal of the issue that we're talking about a lack of specialization," he adds. People can struggle in an exceptional environment if they don't know how to do more than one task or keep their most plate spinning at the same time as everyone else's. If someone has just spread thin bandwidth other words we use to kind of say like man they're having to task switch all the time it's not good so yeah i agree with MacIntosh.
