The Importance of Social Interactions

To be human, to have a self as we understand, it requires other people that the self is constructed in those relationships. And that's why people can't be alone. They cannot be themselves by themselves. But there's something about that disconnect between the experience of life in the world and ourselves which I think is more likely true.
