Tips for Being Successful and Not Losing Heart

When you're trying something new and then it doesn't work, don't give up. Instead of getting discouraged, take notes on what does happen. Not every practice that I offer you is going to be the thing that works for you. To not attempt an experiment more than once is just bad science.
