The Butterfly Effect in Complexity Theory
Cassol is effectively intuiting complexity economics and in complexity theory, as you said earlier, the butterfly effect. This basically means that very small changes in initial conditions, which he's calling prerequisites here, effectively can lead to very large disparities in outcome. And i think a not to get too far out over our skis, maybe this is related to another telebian concept too, which is egodicity. I hope i'm pronouncing that correctly.
