Jeremy: Some sales people forget to be a good human. And then they're just this kind of robot the entire time. So what I try to tell me when I'm doing coaching sessions for any PQ is like, all right, rule number one with any PQ, rule number two is use any PQ. Jeremy: It's about verbal cue question, verbal cue question. Sometimes if you're too robotic or if you'retoo married to just slowing down with the other guy speeds up, it just it can create a disconnect and that triggers resistance.
