Vanessa Hill is a behavioural scientist who specialises in sleep. Russell Foster is Professor of Circadian Neuroscience and Director of the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute at the University of Oxford. How do you sleep? Vanessa: I sleep pretty well over the past week. Russell: My sleep has changed as I've got older. He used to go to bed late and wake up late but as I've aged I'm going to bed at a more reasonable time, he says.
