Streaming Services - Is That a Good Idea?

I use streaming services and don't have cable like I do worry a little bit about, you know, having to explain to our grandparents or parents or elderly relatives how to find the stuff that they're going to use to watching. Having a purely streaming option like is fine in theory, but I hope that there is a lot of thought given to making that experience as sort of frictionless as possible.
