Using Simulations to Engage Your Students

When we can bring those things alive, it makes such a difference to our students. Even when it doesn't work, it's still likely to be more engaging than the lathyrinths. There's ther're literally hundreds of games published in this country, and especially in europe, every year. So you really have to think about it. But the way to do it is to start small. Also, sometimes, if you know a student in your class who has a particular bent in that direction, or a group of them, put together like a curriculum committee
