How Do You Screen People for a Job?
Well how do you screen people then if you're not using the cvs are you doing something like work tests or maybe you know reading people's prior published works online or or papers or so on yeah so i guess i we'd say we're pretty um work test focus so initially usually in application there's uh initial prompts you have to respond to. We often have a either interview next or a skills assessment they might put order depending on the particular round but looking at how people do on those types of things relative to how they do their prior work.
