Amelia, thank you so much for taking the time to join us today. I have to confess that we have not done an episode on the topic of Oppositional Defiant Disorder really because I have some really negative feelings about the diagnosis. So I'm open to learning and hearing and I feel confident that you're the person to give us a different perspective. Amelia: Unofficially, my experiences with ODD probably start in my own childhood where I'm wearing deliberately odd socks. But officially when it came up for me, is when she had her first child and as we were going through the diagnosis process for ADHD he met all the criteria for ODD.
