I think it's important for people to have this kind of common ground where they join and share, but also welcome individual curiosities and ideas in as well. And that's a really beautiful and important thing. That's what we would witness in really rich communities. We want to make everyone feel uncomfortable for sure in terms of capacities and in terms of capabilities. But we also want them to feel that they are good at that. So it's all the time, extremely inner development physically and mentally and emotionally as well.
